If you run a masseria, hotel or villa in Puglia, this page explains how you appear on The Puglia Edit and how to change what we say. To ask for a correction or a removal, write to [email protected] or use the form below the text.

How does The Puglia Edit decide which properties to include?

We build each entry from what the property itself publishes: its official website, and official bodies such as tourism boards and the MICHELIN Guide for awards. Every fact carries the date we checked it and a link to where it came from. The criteria are set out in How we select.

The editors have not visited the places we list, and each page says so. We use no guest reviews, ratings or scores.

Can a property pay to be included or ranked higher?

No. Inclusion is never paid, and there are no paid placements.

Today every booking button goes to the property’s official website. If partner links are ever added, they never affect selection or order. The details are in the affiliate disclosure.

How do you ask for a correction or a removal?

Write to [email protected] and put The Puglia Edit in the subject line. Tell us three things: which property you represent, which fact is wrong or which page you want removed, and the official link where your website or an official body states the correct fact. If you are not listed and would like us to look at your property, say so in the same message. Being listed is not guaranteed, and the same criteria apply.

What do we need from you?

An official page that states the fact: a page on the property’s own website, or on an official body’s site, that we can open and read. We change nothing without checking an official source.

If your website is out of date, updating it is the fastest fix, because the next check will then pick it up. If you cannot do that, send us the address of any official page that carries the fact.

What happens next?

We reply by email, personally, and ask you to confirm that you act for the property. We check the source you sent, correct the fact, and update its “Last verified” date.

A removal request from someone who represents the property is handled the same way: we confirm the request and take the page down.

Can you send us photographs?

We use a property’s photographs only with its written permission, and we show the credit you ask for. Until then each page uses a cover that our own design system generates, which is not a photograph of the property.

If you want to offer photographs, say so in your message or in the form. We will reply with what we need in writing.

What happens to the details you send?

We keep your request only to reply to it and to record what changed. The privacy notice lists what we keep and for how long.
